The big company has come forward and claimed that the 23-year-old rapper, who is currently serving a 2-year prison sentence, did not fulfill his agreement after he was fined an initial Tsh. 500 million in 2018, for the announcement of their outfit on her Instagram page and on her music.
According to TMZ, the documents state that, two weeks after the money was paid, Tekashi was suspended and made him unable to carry out the business agreed with the company.
The company claims Tekashi 69 promised to repay the amount but has not done so to date, and now they are suing him to pay 5 billion.
