Governor Newsom said on Thursday evening: "At this point we need to take some tough decisions.

Webuye police in Bungoma County in Kenya have arrested a man after he had stabbed his stepson to death after lying in bed.
Witnesses who spoke to the media said that the man stabbed his son in the doghouse early Thursday morning and left him by the roadside.
The child's injuries led to his death. Local residents punished the man for the act but police arrived early before being beaten.
